Attack Yeserday's Weight Gain....

    is gone. And an additional 6 lbs with it :) You were right! I feel lighter!!! Is that possible?

    Just a question... How often do you weigh yourself?

    I weigh myself lots at least twice a day, probably too much (but seeing those scales go down is just such a great feeling!)

    Wow what an amazing weight loss for one day! Makes you feel good even though the majority is water! Must have given you such a boost : )

    I weigh myself every day without fail. And occasionally some evenings but I find my weight fluctuates so much through the day that nighttime weighing is meaningless.

    Thanks! Lost another pound this a.m. It's nice to have such a large loss to keep me motivated. I feel like a bloody rockstar!

    Well done! As a teacher I know that what is praised is repested and that is why this forum is such a powerful tool.

    I only weigh in the mornings and will be recording my weight once a week.
