Yet Another Newbie

    I started sw on 15th of Jan after getting encouragement and the kick in the butt I needed from a friend. We ended up joining together. So far lost lost 10lb and got slimmer of the week on my second weigh in

    i started the 16th of January and also got slimmer of the week my 2nd week. I've lost 12.5lbs.

    How are you finding the diet?

    Hi guys, I'm new too, technically I started new year but I was seriously ill for a couple of weeks so didn't really start till about the same time as you, I've lost 9.5lbs so far. Are you going to groups or doing it from home?

    I'm going to a group, and I stay to class too(normally I'd weigh and go) on a Thursday evening.

    How about you?

    I'm DIY at home, the OH went a few years ago and lost crazy amounts but it crept back on so he decided to start again and I joined in for moral support as much as anything. We've been using his old books and on here is great for recipe ideas. I really enjoy cooking and this has been great motivation to get me back into it rather than using lazier options
