Yet another SW plus...

Had the dreaded dentist check up yesterday - at my last one I was only a few weeks into SW and as usual had the extra appointment for scaling. This time - No plaque, no picking at it with torture like instruments, no sore gums afterwards!! Yaaaaay!
Definately down to the diet!

That's great! My teeth feel a lot better since starting SW too. Not as 'furry' in the evening from all the choc. Never go to the dentist though, bad me!
