That's what I did - I used 3/4 packet in a small bowl yog but found it a bit too sweet (and then didn't have any more yog to add) - so would recommend adding a bit at a time tasting as u go :)

I think I read that you can freeze it and have frozen yoghurt type dessert.

A little goes a long way! A packet of jelly lasts me a couple of weeks with me eating some everyday. My favourite is orange flavour frozen and left to defrost for 10 minutes before eating :)

No wonder I found it too sweet - I used a packet up in 2 sittings....

Just tried some of this, fab. Highly recommend it. Had a packet in the kitchen from I dont know when.... must get a few in for future.
