hi all fellow slimming worlders .... i know the Dr Oetker fat free natural yoghurts are free to scoff as much as i like but are the Dr Oetker fat free flavoured yoghurts also free??? Ive discovered the strawberry one and the mango one today in asda but being new to s/w ( joined 3 weeks ago) im still trying to get my head around it all... im following the extra easy diet..although had a 6.5 loss over first 2 weeks id put 3 on last week much to my very dissapointment as id done so well ( or at least thought i had!!) so dont want to mess up this week with mixing up free and syn values ;)

Yes they are syn free but even free foods can affect your weight loss if eaten to excess.

By the way you posted this in the summer recipe section. You'll get more of a response in the syn value section :)
