Yogurts I don't usually buy - syns pls! xxxx

Hi All

Went to Morrisons yesterday and bought a couple of yogurts I'm unsure about. Please could someone find out the syns for me??
Morrisons Eat Smart Banana yogurt less than 1% fat 190g
Nom De-light 0% fat yogurt in Morello cherry 180g

i would say these were both free, as it says 0% fat and less than 1% fat. but if anyone else knows plz say cos im not 100%! xxx

I've just googled the nom yogurt and looks like there may be some confusion about them. The one I have is def 0% fat.
The nutritional info is (Per 100g)
Energy 75kcal
Protein 4.5g
Carbs 13.4g
Fat 0.1g
Fibre 0.3g
Pack size 180g

i would do the 20 cals to 1 syn rule but cos its yogurts i dont think it applies. even if they are syns im sure theyl be really low, someone will be along soon to help! lol xxx

The Nom ones are definitely not free as they have added sugar - as for the Morrisons one, check the syn free yoghurt sticky above to see if it is listed.

Just checked syns online - all the Nom De-light and Yoo Light thing yogurts are 2 syns for 180g pot - thats the same for all flavours.

obv they are fat free, but not sugar free...

In better news, all of the morrisons Eat Smart yogurts (all flavours) are free!!!
