Your favourite stir fry recipes?

Hi all, I'm looking for some inspiration for some new stir frys. I'm in a rut of using just soya sauce and chinese 5 spice and am getting bored of it, not to mention the high salt content. What's your favourite syn-free or low-syn stir fry?

I use Worcestershire sauce with light soy, garlic, chilli flakes or bbq seasoning and i also use salmon/beef sometimes instead of chicken.
