I do mainly WS with as many days as I can manage on TS. My losses are slower than I'd like but faster than on any other diet (esp the eat everything diet ) In just under 6 weeks I've lost 19lbs ~ I guess thats about 12lbs a month. Maybe not too much help if you're planning on only doing WS xx
It's plenty of help thanks i been trying to stick to TS had a day off already n think il do TS when I can but have WS as a fall back if needed without feeling guilty
