Your Tricks on Weigh In Day!

It's something to do with ''pushing down'' more on the scales?? You'll have to look it up and see if it's true, but I have heard a few people say it!

I tried but couldn't see anything about it! I just tested it on my scales too, made no difference.
 
I only eat speed fruit for breakfast on WI day, sip water throughout day, wear same weight clothing, take off fleece, jacket etc. Visit loo before scales and breath out just incase air in lungs weighs anything. Always hope my weigh person is quite quick to say "Well done" before i pass out through lack of breath
