I have yoyoed twice now, this wil be my third time of loosing a lot of weight. What do you recommend for starting off with exercise this time. I dont have the money for a gym membership so it would have to be exercise to do at home.

Would it be best to start with an exercise DVD of say an hour and 15 5 times a week, or should I start with an hour five times a week?

Ultimately I want something that works, that I will be able to continue on with for say a year to loose weight and then drop down slightly to maintain.

I weigh 14 stone and would like to be 9 this time next year - is that possible?

Hi cup cake,

I am a similar weight to you and have tried every diet going!! I do DVDs which are mainly jillian micheals. I do go to the gym and do body combat and pump but I'm no closer to my goal because I eat too much!! That's my problem! I use my fitness pal to track calories it's free and worth signing up as its free.

I would do a 30 min workout 3-5 times a week. Jillian micheals workouts are great i also have Hannah waterman which is good too.
