Yuck!! Cambridge should make protein shakes!

Yuk!! I have now started weight training to build up my muscles so I look a bit more like brad pitt than bradley walsh so started on protein shakes.

I have to say they are the foulest thing ever!!! I used to moan about the Cambridge shakes mixing up but these are just a nightmare!!!

You'd be better off making your own. There aren't many on the market that actually taste nice. I use Egg Nation egg whites:
