this is day 6 for me, im on my 4th ltr of water and my mouth feels like its been coated in sour milk, been brushing teeth, used breath spray, still sour milk! any advice??
I had the same problem, I dont no if you brush your tongue but this seems to work for me. I have to teach most days so I am really conscious about my breath so i have had the odd piece of sugar free gum (the ones with xylitol are better) it hasnt affected my weight loss or ketosis.
I found drinking the water helped (averaged 5 litres a day). Then used to brush twice a day and use the breath spray just before each lesson (I'm a teacher and didn't want a nasty nickname!!).
