I had this recipe from a different diet but it works well with Slimming World and is lovely. (well i think so)
I make a big bed of lettuce on my plate.
Chop some chicken breast and trimmed bacon (i'm lazy and buy it trimmed). Fry in some fry light.
Add some cherry tomatoes and chopped spring onion.
Finally add some balsamic vinegar and fry for 2 minutes.
Pop it all ontop of the lettuce and you have a yummy warm chicken salad.
