I've found this fab dessert recipe in the lastest Tesco free mag. It works out at 3 syns per serving (makes 6 portions) and mixes alcohol with dessert....what could be better.

It's a Pimms jelly with fresh fruit in it.

You need 2 tins of ready mixed pimms and lemonade
8 sheets of gelatine
100g grapes
1 satsuma (skin on) sliced thinly into rounds
mint leaves for garnish.

Soften up the gelatine with 3 tbsp of cold water the heat, gently in a small pan until dissolved.

Carefully pour in the pimms and stir well.

Put grapes in serving glasses and when cooled a little, divide pimms mixture into each glass. Add a slice of satsuma and when fully set add mint leaf to garnish.

This sounds so yummy i'm gonna make it at the weekend as i'm having friends over for dinner. :D

I'm not a huge Pimms fan tbh but if you did want to make this, I'm guessing if you made up the Pimms yourself with diet lemonade the syns would be even less...
Mmmm I love jelly made with prosecco yum yum but a bit too synful for me!
