I have just had a very yummy meal and just 5 points roasted a full butternut squash 0 points 1/2 jar morrisons tikka masala reduced calorie sauce 3 points and 3 slices chicken diced up 2 points I had a real huge plateful and amstuffed to the top!! Just needed to share it as it was so yummy I love bnut squash and can't believe it's free
