Yummy dinner

I have just had a very yummy meal and just 5 points roasted a full butternut squash 0 points 1/2 jar morrisons tikka masala reduced calorie sauce 3 points and 3 slices chicken diced up 2 points I had a real huge plateful and amstuffed to the top!! Just needed to share it as it was so yummy I love bnut squash and can't believe it's free :)
 
I use it alot now. I like it in ommlettes and other things like that aswell :D
 
sounds good! Can i just ask how you cook your bns? Only i always find it difficult to get the skin off lol will definitely be trying this thank you x
 
I peel it. :( Takes forever. Apparently you can just cut it in hald, scoop out the seeds and roast it whole but im to chicken to try it!
 
I peel mine with a veggie peeler, slap it on the chopping board and go at it with a huge knife. I'm sure by the time I've finished I've earned some activity points ;)
