cook some pasta twists, meanwhile preheat oven to about gas mark 7, leave an oven tray in so it gets hot, when pasta is cooked, drain of water and add fry light and seasoning of your choice, salt n pepper, paprika works wells, place on oven tray for about 10=15 mins keep your eye on them as they burn quickly :) x same thing as the lasagne crisps really xx

Diet coke chicken, i even had extra for a couple of more meals at work :)
 
The mcains micro ones are only 3.5 syns which is for when ur feeling very lazy but u still only get 100g so it's better to put a bit of effort in lol x
