Hi all,
All new to the site and think its a great idea to do the food diary - Will be starting afresh tomorrow and hope that you can correct me if I am going wrong!

I have to do this and I will!!!!
 
I couldn't get to my weigh in tonight, but weighed myself at home (scales are usually the same) and I am 1lb up in two weeks, as I was away for last weeks weigh in too.

Starting Weight - 11st 12.5lbs

Mini Goal - to lose 8lbs by the end of November (11st 4.5lbs)

Breakfast:
2 weetabix (HexB), Milk (HexA), Canderel (Free), Tea

Snack:
Fruit

Lunch:
1 pc Brown Bread and a scrape of jam (7 syns)

Snack:
Double Decker

Dinner:
Salmon, baby potatoes, veg

Other:
Crisps, 4 slices of bread, fairy cake, 1 x chocolate truffle


Way way over on syns.... not a great fresh start.. :(
