Week 1 - Weight Lost - 9lbs :happy096:
Week 2 - Weight Lost - 5lbs
Week 3 - Weight Lost - 3lbs
This Wednesday weigh in i only lost 3lbs but i only have my self to blame as i ate a chinese for my Birthday and a Spicy chicken pizza a few days later and copious amounts of alcohol @ the weekend . I have now regained control of the situation and feel i'm back on track.
Zak's Fav SS Foods - Banana shake- Chilli Con Carne - Spicy Spaghetti - Chocolate Truffa Bar .
As a male i was worried about how hungry i would be when i looked at the size of the food packets but i was amazed on how full i felt. I think the key was eating at the same time every day and training my body so it knows when to feel hungry and to drink plenty of water .
