Week 2 - Weight Lost - 5lbs :worthy:
Week 3 - Weight Lost - 3lbs :banghead:

This Wednesday weigh in i only lost 3lbs but i only have my self to blame as i ate a chinese for my Birthday and a Spicy chicken pizza a few days later and copious amounts of alcohol @ the weekend . I have now regained control of the situation and feel i'm back on track.

- Chilli Con Carne - Spicy Spaghetti - Chocolate Truffa Bar .

As a male i was worried about how hungry i would be when i looked at the size of the food packets but i was amazed on how full i felt. I think the key was eating at the same time every day and training my body so it knows when to feel hungry and to drink plenty of water . :cool:



 
Wednesday is the weigh in ! i did have a drink over the weekend alot of Beer and a pizza , Tut Tut but it was the Champions League Final LOL , If i shed any weight this week i will be over the moon .....watch this space !
