Is it ok to drink zero calorie coffee mate with CD, I found it interesting in the diet shop as it contain zero calories?

Coffee mate is 36 calories per 6.5g and the virtually fat free version of coffee mate is 26 calories per 6.5g.

But maybe you're talking about a different sort of coffee mate?

i googled it
it is fat free but it has 10 cals which is good and 1g of carbs 0gs sugar. i'd be intrested to know if we can have this.

theres flavour ones to which appeal to me might help cure my sweet craving if we can have them.
looked they are high in carbs lowest is 2g in flavoured ones
