Zero Coke - feel sick

Hi, i have just had a zero coke then a bath and felt really sick afterwards Anyone else?

Sometimes I can feel sick after a bath if it was too hot - I find myself a little lightheaded if i run it too hot when in ketosis

Funny you should say this,last night bf xmas when i had a diet coke i couldnt drink as it seemed to sweet for me,very weird as normally i love diet coke.xx

I have noticed hat if I have a hot bath and feel really sick and dizzy when I get out,could it be that?
