Zero point soup

    Ok, I know this seems a bit daft, but how do I make this???

    I have carrots, onion, bns, mushrooms and a pepper and a bag wih some carrot, cauli & brocolli....

    Any help here ppl??? Also, I know I need to 'roast' the bns, but I dont have any zero cal spray and was wondering if anyone has roasted bns without spray!!

    Hi Kazz,

    Just go to and in their search box just put in zero point soup and a few recipes should come up in the messages there for you ..just leave the first box alone i think it says (entire site) and type in the second box ....hope this helps

    The recipe that I have always used ,cos my MUm loves it, is:
    1 large onion diced.
    1 tin of tomatoes
    2 or 3 carrots, sliced
    1 or 2 courgettes, sliced
    1 stick of celery
    1 vegetable stock cube and water to cover
    salt and pepper to taste
    Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan and cook for about 20-30 mins. Then use a stick blender to blend it.

    If I dont have say courgettes I throw in some swede. Whatever you have indoors really
