I'm still here lol just pop in and read few peoples posts, not much going on for me ATM. Working hard, diet is stable, but need to get back on some sort of eating plan, rather diet plan to loose. Not updated my stats, but I'm around 15:6 now. Far too heavy!!! X

How come I'm ill for s week, barely eat Between being sick and loose.... 4lb which is slowly going back on. ? However, if I eat what I like for a week I put on 10lbs that stays! It's crazy and not fair!

Last bit of Christmas shopping this weekend, and my favourite, choosing the booze !! Lol !!

I've been here on and off for over four years now, ( I still own property in the UK ) but now I am staying put and laying down new roots here... Never a dull moment, and I love living here in the States !!!

Are you restarting in January, doing a detox with a VLCD ???
