Hi all
Joined Slimming World on the 2nd February and I must say...what a brill diet! Ive always done weightwatchers...and yes it does work, but I often went to bed hungry and I never saw it as 'life changing' like I do with slimming world.
I totally agree with the quote in the handbook 'THE 7 DAYS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER'!
Anyway, I lost 4lbs in my first week, wahoooo
but then gained 1.5lbs in my second week much to my disappointment 
I've enjoyed reading through peoples diaries for recipe ideas and thought I would start one my self...so here goes
EXTRA EASY
THURSDAY 17TH FEB
Breakfast
2 egg Omelette with Bacon (all visible fat removed) & Onion with beetroot
Lunch
Batchelors Mild Cheese n Broccoli Past n Sauce (0.5 syns)
Bowl of Strawberries, blueberries & Kiwi fruit
Dinner
Iceland Lamb Slices in a mint gravy with mash potato (no butter or milk), carrots and mushy peas.
Snacks
2 x Alpen light Choc n Fudge Bars
Nectarine, Banana, Tangerine & Kiwi
Drinks
2 Litres Water
2 Cups of Tea with sweetener n skimmed milk
1 glass of skimmed milk
HEA: Milk
HEB: 2 x Alpen Light Bars
SYNS: Pasta n Sauce 0.5
FRIDAY 18TH FEB

Bacon Rosti (from last months mag) with lettuce & beetroot

My own rice concoction...basmati rice, with egg scrambled into it, chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn, garlic, onions n soy sauce...DELICIOUS!!

Chicken Stir Fry with added Old El Paso Fajita Mix (1/2 sachet)

2 x tangerines, Activia Snackpot Strawberry
1/2 Curly Wurly

2 Cups of Tea with sweetener n skimmed milk
2 large glasses of hot water n sliced lemon
HEA: Milk
HEB: 2 x Weetabix
SYNS: 1/2 Curly Wurly 3
Old El Paso fajita mix 2
tsp Extra Light Mayo 1
TUESDAY 22ND FEB
Breakfast
3 Rashers of Bacon, Activia Snackpot Raspberry and chopped banana
Lunch
2 quorn sausages, mash potato & beans
Bowl of strawberries, tangerine, grapes & blueberries
Dinner
Homemade Special -
Chicken breast, flattened. Grill then dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs (1 slice of wholemeal bread grated) then bake in oven till crispy.
Mix 4 tbsp quark with 21g Low Fat Cheese and spread on top then sprinkle with rest of cheese (21g) and grill till the cheese has melted! Absolutley gorgeous
Served with Syn Free Chips and Salad...and homemade Garlic Mayo (0.5 syns)
French toast with blackberries, pineapple & blueberries for dessert, yum yum!

2 Litres Water
1 large glass of hot water n Sliced Lemon
HEA: 42g Low Fat Eat Smart Cheddar
HEB: 3 slices of WW Brown Danish (breadcrumbs n french toast)
SYNS: Tsp Ex Light Mayo used in the homemade garlic mayo
Its my weigh-in tonight, and i'm feeling quite excited...so fingers crossed
