Ok so I am starting week 4 tomorrow (3rd week weigh day tomorrow evening. Have run out of food diaries that come in the original pack so gona start updating on here. I have PCOS so have only done red days so far but am developing a bit of a carb phobea (sp?) which isnt too good, so might try some green on ee days this week and see how it goes.

13th Feb - Week 3, Day 7 - RED

Breakfast
2 Shredded Wheat (1 hxb and 3.5 syns)

Snack
1 x Ryvita Fruit Crunch (part of breakfast hxb)

Lunch
3 x babybels light (hxa)
muller light

Dinner
Carrotts, Green beans, roast chicken (without skin), 1 yorkshire pudding (3.5 syns), 198g potatoes with skin (hxb), gravey (2 syns)

Snack
Low fat jelly - (0.5 syns)

Total Syns - 9.5

Probably didnt eat enough today but I never do on Sundays as eat at mother in laws for dinner and never entirely sure how many syns it will be (she is loosly on SW but she doesnt mind not sticking to it, I do!)

Hello, well done on your weight loss.

I wonder if you could help me. I notice you have statistics on the side of your diairy. I cannot seem to navigate around. Where do I add the info. How do I add to a diary I cannot find any tabs at the top. I also have no idea how to read replys to my threads...... Hope you can help.:argh:

Thanks Ehc1 - to change your statistics down the side, you need to click on User CP in the blue bar at the top of the screen, you can edit all your details, signatures etc there.

1 Fruit Pastel Ice Lolly (3.5 syns)
1 Thorntons chocolate heart (hubby gave me his last one!, syns...no idea, will guess at 2)

Total syns - 15.5, oops, but it is valentines day so couldnt turn down his chocolate heart <3

18h Feb - Week 4 Day 5 - RED

Ok today I didnt eant nearly enough, I went our for the evening with work and we went to Strada but I had my biggest achievement to date so far, I didnt eat a thing!! It is my fave place to eat ever but as I am doing red days, there was nothing I could have (only thing SW red day friendly was steak, and I dont like it!), I was sooo pleased with myself because i managed to just sit there with my diet cokes why everyone ate and I didnt feel grump/deprived or anything , I sat smug in the fact that they would get fat and I wouldnt!!

Anyways this is what I had...

Breakfast
2 Alpen Light Bars (was on train to London!) (hxb)

Lunch
2 slices wholmeal 400g bread (hxb)
3 baby bells
1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)
Monster Munch from multipack (5.5syns)

Dinner
250ml semi skimmed milk (after getting in at 11pm from night out) (hxa)
