Ok so I am starting week 4 tomorrow (3rd week weigh day tomorrow evening. Have run out of food diaries that come in the original pack so gona start updating on here. I have PCOS so have only done red days so far but am developing a bit of a carb phobea (sp?) which isnt too good, so might try some green on ee days this week and see how it goes.
13th Feb - Week 3, Day 7 - RED
Breakfast
2 Shredded Wheat (1 hxb and 3.5 syns)
Snack
1 x Ryvita Fruit Crunch (part of breakfast hxb)
Lunch
3 x babybels light (hxa)
muller light
Dinner
Carrotts, Green beans, roast chicken (without skin), 1 yorkshire pudding (3.5 syns), 198g potatoes with skin (hxb), gravey (2 syns)
Snack
Low fat jelly - (0.5 syns)
Total Syns - 9.5
Probably didnt eat enough today but I never do on Sundays as eat at mother in laws for dinner and never entirely sure how many syns it will be (she is loosly on SW but she doesnt mind not sticking to it, I do!)
