I LOVE Wii Zumba, although I do feel stupid doing it if other people are in the room, it really does help to lose weight and makes me feel like I have actually done a workout. Zumba along with Wii Fit Hula Hoop is really getting my huge hips down

ive done it first time yesterday to have a day of something different and i enjoyed it. dont know how it is calorie burning wise but i take it any exercise is better than sitting down.

I agree Angel, jumping about like a mad thing is definitely more exercise than I would have been doing watching the telly..!!
