Zumba Wii and Pedometer settings

I have just ordered the Zumba for the Wii and will use the WW Pedometer for the Activity points.

I don't really know which settings to use for Zumba, should I set it to moderate or high do you think ?

I thought I would try out my pedometer during last night's zumba class and it registered 5474 steps for the hour session so I was well over 10000 steps yesterday.

depends on how confident you are at Zumba... for me i am a beginner... so im going at a slow pace
