    Hi No never! I wonder about adding the slimfast shake. They're quite high in carbs. I wonder whether it would be worth missing that out and replacing it with something else. I think with most of these diets (like slimfast) you have to stick to their diet else they don't seem to work.

    exante is great if you have a busy lifestyle. One of the things I like about it is no meal planning. It's also good to have no food shopping and not much washing up.

    Yes i did Atkins and I loved it. I'm a bit torn because I also like the freedom that a diet like Exante gives me ie no meal planning, no shopping, no washing up and the bars are so easy to take out. But I would recommend Atkins also.

    Thanks for this thread. I've revised my goals now. I think this is a good thing and may help to prevent yoyo dieting. So my new target is a BMI of 25 followed by further reductions using Exante and introducing real food gradually. Something that I've never tried before. Cheers!
