    Re: Martial art for fitness? I started doing a ladies only cardio kickboxing class which really helped me build my confidence. It was always the thought of being paired up with men that put me off although I am improving now

    When you sure it's not sugar or bp if you think it's breathing what about yoga as a key in that is being aware of your breathing. I know it's not the same breathing as during cardio breathing.     I know what you mean. When I got to target the first time I tried to behave but gradually my old habits of eating junk crept back in. I had no-one to blame but me. I hoping this time round it will be a lesson learnt. I am aiming to change my thinking not just my weight!

    Hi! WI today lost 1/2lb. Was a little disappointed but a loss is still a loss. Now 10st 6 1/2lbs. Hopefully won't be long till I'm there. My goal is mid 9's by October so fingers crossed :) I'm limiting myself to weigh once a day. Can't go cold turkey lol

    I too am a serial weigher. I know it's bad. At my worst I used to weigh myself every time I go in the bathroom. I now limit myself to once a day. I do find it helps keep me on track and spur me on.
