    Extra Easy SP New Plan

    I'm a new member and have done the SP plan which resulted in a 6lbs weight loss for me in the first week. Having said that, I don't think the SP plan could be maintained on a long-term basis.

    What didn't you eat today?!

    I've been craving takeout pizza for the last two days. Deep pan with chicken and garlic butter. I've managed to resist so far. Weigh in on Wednesday! Let's see how long I can last (fingers crossed!)
