    Had a thought

    I can't eat first thing so I have my breakfast when I get to work. The possible problem with not eating on SW is that you may not be eating enough during the day and that might be slowing your weight loss down. I do find it strange but it seems to be the more people eat the more they loose. :)

    Making soup

    I've always been encouraged to eat soup at SW so I'm sure you'll be fine and the great thing is its very filling too. :) I like to make a spicy butternut squash soup as its free on red or green. Mmm yummy.

    Quark

    Quark ideas I like it mixed in the food processor with smoked salmon and lemon juice to make a pate / dip which is free on red days. I've even given this to non dieters who have said its really good. It also makes a pretty good alternative to cream and butter in scrambled eggs. :)

    REALLY struggling

    A full English breakfast is a good one ona red day. Poach eggs or scramble using a bit of quark, I do bacon, syn free sausages and mushrooms sprayed with frylight in the oven then I can do loads and have some left over for another meal. :D Good luck.

    I'm just using the forum this time as due to work I can't get to WIs. I think if you were doing it for the first time it would be best to go to class. I am weighing in at work with some colleagues though because I think I need the discipline of someone being able to see what I WI at each week.

    The spanx ones I have go from just under the bust to half way down my thigh which isn't the sexiest thing in the world :D Whilst I don't think they make you look lots of sizes slimmer they seem to eliminate the unwanted lumps and bumps and sort of smooth things out :8855:

    Dinner Party

    If your having a red day a dip made by whizzing smoked salmon, quark and lemon juice is really nice and free, if its a bit thick to dip just loosen it with some 0% fat greek yoghurt - I've given it to non-dieters before and they didn't notice. Good luck with the dinner party.:)
