    This is a great thread! Walking on Tread mill at fast pace - 51 mins. But i also play Dance Central on the Kinnect a lot which is a great, easy and fun way to exercise.x

    Have lost no weight.

    Thank you everyone for the advice. I started fresh again on Sunday, and have been eating just under 1200 calories. I feel much better and more confident about it now. Also FitnessPal is just brillant and is really helping me. Thanks again and good luck with your weight journeys.xx

    Kinnect

    Hi. Does anyone use a Kinnect? I brought one about 2 weeks ago and play this game called Dance Central around 1-2 hours a day. Not for the exercise - because it is just so much fun! I would recommend anyone with a Kinnect to get this as you use all your body and learn lots of dance moves...

    Girls Aloud, Britney - that poppy stuff cheers me up and i want to work out! Also love Justin Timberlake, NERD, Teriyaki Boyz, Linkin Park, Kanye West... Im always mime the words when i work out - makes me feel better.

    I have started going to the gym, and aim to go 4 times a week. The thing is how long do you need to work out to get the benefits. Sometimes i am on the threadmill for 30 mins and then maybe use the rower for another 20 - is that enough? Advice please?
