    Soups - how much water?

    I have a big mug I make mine up in, probably 300ml and use a whisk. I make my shakes in a kenwood smoothie to go machine, with 5 or 6 ice cubes and about 300ml old water. Tastes brilliant!

    Ditto. Am on day 5 feeling great. Thought it would never happen. But it does, so stick with it! Paracetemol a bath and an early night will really help. Keep drinking your water and if you need to have a ss+ day, then go for it! Really worth it, and were here if you need anything! X
