I was the same. I did WW for years and years then switched to SW on the recommendation of a friend.
For the first six weeks I was so so so disappointed with my losses, but then, by week 7 something seemed to 'click' and I never looked...
there are a few adverse effects when you have too much aspartame, but tbh as long as, like everything, you have diet drinks in moderation, you'll be ok!

Yeah that's a good idea. I tend to go straight from work, there isn't time to go home as the class takes place near work. Our class has a high number of new starters each week so maybe that's why it takes so long!

All varieties of Nom yogs are 3 syns per pot. I found this by searching Naturally Light under Nom Dairy online. This was after eating at least one a day for a week. Lesson learned!
I always have wine at the weekend (usually a bottle of dry white at 25ish syns) as well as using about ten syns a day. I find my losses the same, and sometimes better, than at the beginning, when I tried to do it without syns or the beloved wine!

It's been explained in class as using foods with high energy density, as said above, you get good 'bulk' for your calories! ALso, I know I definitely didn't get fat by eating too much pasta (for example!) it's the high calorie, low density things that piled it oN!

I had a teeny bite of Tortilla Espanola the other day at someone's house. It no doubt had loads of oil in, but was so delicious. Does anybody have a SW friendly recipe for this? Thank you in advance! Mouth watering in advance too!

That is a problem with SW. There is not much info to go on for eating out!
You could have chicken plain, without marinade and add maybe a salad (which are nice and a good size) or some spicy rice.
