    It's been explained in class as using foods with high energy density, as said above, you get good 'bulk' for your calories! ALso, I know I definitely didn't get fat by eating too much pasta (for example!) it's the high calorie, low density things that piled it oN!

    That is a problem with SW. There is not much info to go on for eating out! You could have chicken plain, without marinade and add maybe a salad (which are nice and a good size) or some spicy rice.
