    Dull Pain in Lower Abdomen

    Hi your problem sounds very like Irritable Bowel Syndrome as thats the way it goes with a pain in lower tummy and doing little bits at a time also tummy rumbling these are a few of the signs of this as my my doc told me this as i had the same symptons.Hope this is a little of help good luck.

    Yep same here i just love chocolate,but I will now try to have the small treat of grapes covered in a little melted chocolate and put in freezer for a few mins for choc to harden,then take out and eat and they are lovely and crunchy they will satisify my choc cravings my leader gave me this...

    Thanks all for your support it has really helped a lot,I got through my first day ok so far ,i would liketo lose at least 16pounds that will take me back to where i was when i left w/w,I know i would be happy with that for now.

    Hi can anyone please help,Im having mushroom stirfry for lunch with tesco sweet chilli fry sauce which is 180 cals,fat 4.0g but unsure of point values. The other is tesco submarine wholemeal rolls and they are 225 cals fat 3.1g. Thanks for any:) help.
