    A mile a day is brilliant! I am getting faster so I will start doing more lengths to make up for it. I've been a bit peckish tonight, I've had: D - Chicken thai curry, satsumas, lighter choices hot chocolate and the apricot snack bar!

    The rest of day 3 went well I ended it with a bag of salt and vinegar popcorn. Day 4 going well. I had yogurt and chocolate Granola with a cup of tea for breakfast. That's it so far as Im stuck in uni till half 3, but will be having a yummy soup and blueberries when i get home!

    It is very disheartening when you have tried your best and don't lose but I agree that you should keep going and don't give up. It will show on the scales eventually and may be a big loss next week to compensate. Good luck for this week you can do it!

    Hi Davey From what I can remember from when my stepdad did it it is exactly the same with 4 packs a day. I think the weight loss is slightly quicker for men though I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!
