    I have tries Wilkos, Boots, Tesco & Morrisons and they didn't seem to have any!:cry: I bought the muesli ones to try but am not really keen. I like the chocolate ones as a change from shakes & smoothies, when I fancy something to chew!

    Out of the ready made things, I like the smoothies better than the shakes as they are tangier. I'm not so keen on raspberry as it tastes a bit metallic, but the mango one and forest fruits are both yummy!:D

    100 cal snacks

    I tend to have fruit (1 banana, 2 satsumas or apples, grapes etc). Also low fat crisps like Walkers baked, Quavers, French Fries or WW crisps. The laughing cow dippers or the Dairylea ones with baked crisps are good. Harvest Cheweee bars are nice too and the Special K mini breaks.

    I always count fruit too with SF - if you don't you may find you're over your daily calorie allowance and may not lose.

    Well I was a bit naughty, cos it wasn't my weigh day today, but I weighed myself this morning and was 9st 1lb which means I have lost 2lb now my period has finished - woohoo!!!:D Let's hope I can maintain that over the weekend when I am stressed trying to write an assignment!!!

    Mmmm it was tasty - could just do with being bigger!:D The WW pizza was lovely too - had lots of salad with it. Only problem is I was starving again just now so gave in and had some Ryvita minis - suppose that's not the end of the world. I did do 30 mins jogging after all!
