    Quick question.... Ive just started SS+ and my CC said I cant have sweetners in my coffee as it might affect my ketosis, is that really true? Im sure when I first did Cambridge a couple of years back that I was on 810 and had sweetex every day and it made NO difference. Your views.? D

    I've started SS+ today without the meal just with 4 products. Just now I was hungry... not gut wrenching, but hungry so I just had half a chicken stock cube in hot water and I feel much better now. Anyone else done this, and is it ok? D x

    Some suggestions, which I dont know if you do. Vanilla shake - I mix mine with a bit of cinnamon and some coffee to make a Cappucino flavour its fab. Also I put Orange Essence into a Vanilla shake or a choc shake. Makes it yummier. D x
