I cannot work out how many pro-points are in half this pack. I want to work it out before I open it. The pack says prepared as instructions per 100g: Energy 1.3g Protein 13.7 Carbs 13.7 fat 1.6 fibre 1.8 Will I have to make it up before working it out or has any-one worked it out before ?

I hate the butter buds. You either love them or hate them. They taste cheesy to me and I hate cheese.

I love the packets of Morrisons Mash with onion. One syn for the whole pack.

I have made this and it is absaloutly gorgeous. I cut mine into 8 which only worked out 1 1/2 syns per slice. Wow! I have been having two slices a day and still lost 2 1/2 lbs this week.

I'm definately going to make this. Can't wait.

Morrisons do a pork sausage from the diet range and they are syn free. They are lovely.

I love the cous cous muffins made with toffee muller but am going to try the lemony ones. Going out to walk dogs then make lemony ones and settle down with a nice cup of tea and a slice mmmm! Now where's my wellies?

I'm going to try these. The only trouble is I find it hard to find plain cous cous it is always flavoured. Does any-one else have this problem?

It was nice. Very like egg custard. Mine was huge, twice the height of the picture. I did use large eggs but only used 6. x

These are gorgeous. I have made the, a few times and I sometimes have some chopped fruit like a banana or strawberries on the side with a bit of sweetened fromage frais or quark or 0% greek yogurt. x

Just made this and has risen loads. Looks lovely. I'm having syn free chips, chicken breast portion(skin removed), peas and gravy then will try the pud later with a nice cup of tea. Mmmmm!
