    Slice the top and bottom off a butternut squash and microwave for 2 mins, this makes it a lot easier to peel. Once peeled slice it up, removing the seeds in the middle on the lower part of it and voila. I've even sprayed them with chilli frylight, it's lovely!

    Tescos seem to have their own Lazy range too it's called Chop Chop and everything is £1. I got the Chipotle Chop Chop to try it's lovely! Quite small jars but it's not packed with white wine vinegar like the Lazy range so might even itself out usage wise :-)

    Planning ahead really helps. I make a curry ready to heat up, I take it to my friends house to have after a few drinks to replace the pizzas, chinese etc that I would have usually had. This has really helped me :-)

    No that sounds ok to me :-) persevere! Hopefully it will all pay off for u next week. Shake things up a little, I've found cutting bread out really helps along with 2 litres of water per day. Another thing I tried was changing 1 meal per day for homemade soup, this really kickstarted my weight...

    The new infuse chilli/garlic frylight oil is good and is also syn free, there's a nice little kick to the chilli. I tend to use Maris Piper, nice and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside :-)
