Just finished pizza topped chicken with cajun spiced wedges. Not a huge amount of superfree there, so have a lovely big bowl of fruit and yogurt for later

Tikka marinated tofu with basmati rice, and veg- carrots, broccoli, cauliflower

I had slices of roast pork from yesterday's roast chopped into small pieces, half a bag of stir fry veg mix and egg noodles with a tablespoon of hoisin sauce. Was very yummy.
