    Shakes and soups making me feel sick.

    I can't seem to drink any of them now, half way through i feel sick and hate the taste of them all so much, i don't want to come off the diet though cause i still have a lot to lose. What could i do? Maybe i should have just 2 shakes a day and a 200 calorie meal? Help :(

    I've only been on for two weeks and i dislike all the soups and shakes and am ready to pack it all in. I feel sick after having a soup or a shake or a bar and am struggling. What should i do?

    Hi, I'm on the cambridge diet where you have nothing but shakes or soups, but my question is, what would happen if i was to taste tiny bits of food like 2/3 times week, such as having a crisp or a chip if someone offered me one. I was just wondering. Thanks

    Does it get harder?

    Well i started a week ago and i got weighed after 6 days and had lost 14lbs in just 6 days. At the moment I'm finding it pretty easy and not getting headaches and not feeling depressed or anything. But will it get really hard soon?

    Every time i stand up i feel dizzy/light headed.

    I'm not sure if any of you get this too? I think its cause I'm so hungry and not really got much energy. I'm having enough fluid and sleep definitely, and this has only started since going on this diet last week. What do you think?
