    Loss of 1 3/4 pounds this week ..i will get to first goal before xmas ( look in full length mirror and repeat daily ) I am like most people and am a comfort eater and especially when stressed... Fingers crossed for all of us with the run up to Christmas :)

    Do you find that people see it as a challenge to lure you off the SW diet?

    Yes i get the same as soon as i say i am trying again they offer me cakes n sweets ! One friend said when i lost a few stone oh well you will put it all back on again .... Took 4 years and an illness to re gain But i think to myself at least i am trying good luck all

    my hubby has just bought me two family bags of maltesers bless him... he went to buy me an average emergancy ration packet for choccie cravings. So i have weighed them into portions which work out at 5.5 syns each and out in little tubs. The rest hes hiding away so i can only have a tub at a time.
