Starting Again !!

I am doing the extra easy for a few weeks but only lost 1 &1/2 in my first weigh in so i am going to post this weeks diarys .
i would love to hear any ideas and comments:)
Breakkie ... 28g Honey nut s/wheats (heb), blueberries strawberries(superfree),(ssk milk from hea 250ml allowance)
Lunch..... 1 tin of Heinz spaghetti,1 slice of wholemeal toast(4 1/2 syns) 1 apple (Supfree)
Dinner......1 lean pork steak, Sw chips& mushy peas (all free) Sugarfree jelly
Snacks... Activia fatfree peach yoghurt(free)
1 Banana (supfree)
1 Mint Hifi bar (6 syns )
extras....Canderel sweetner (free)1tsp sugar(1 syn )
water, tea, coffee.
1/4 tbsp oil ( 1 syn ? )
Total syns 12 1/2

1 tbsp of oil is 6 so a quarter would be 1.5 syns. I have been told that losses can be slower on Extra Easy but I would be happy with that loss. Give it a month and see what happens. I love the fact that EE fits in with family food and haven't minded the slow losses. Also try and have a third of a plate at each meal full of superfree foods, which does not include potatoes, peas, parsnips or sweetcorn.
thankyou, i am only my 4th attempt at sw and had a very good loss of 3 1/2 stones 5 years ago, but put it all back on as i go off the rails when have stress.... so here goes again:)
