    Well the verdict is in!! Tried the coconut one for lunch today. While it wasn't the worst thing in the world, it wasn't the best. Would deffo get peanut again though. No hung parliament on the flapjack issue!!

    Very well done!! Home scales can be misleading, but I find it quite difficult to resist the lure of the scales!! I usually do a Wii-Fit weigh-in when I get home after chemists as well. Girl who weighs me in is lovely, but never seems quite sure about how to follow the weight chart!!

    That's a fantastic first weight loss!! With regards to activity, I would just go day-to-day seeing how you feel!! Some days I can do loads and other days I struggle. You know your own body, so just go with what it tells you. Without food to muffle it, mine has got quite vocal!! Ha ha!

    I would say do the refeed and enjoy things properly! Otherwise you may end up doing things half-heartedly and get fed up of the whole thing. Then go back to TFR afterwards with renewed motivation. Good luck!

    I just drink a ton of water when I get the rumbles. Although I haven't been so bad with them - think it is more the psychological grip that food has on me. I am the stereotypical comfort eater.
