    Christmas in the 70s - nostalgia alert!

    Top of the pops on Xmas day at 2pm the only time we got to watch it on telly. Our house used to have all the decorations hanging from the ceiling ie corner to corner and paper bells in each quarter. That and the orange wallpaper went well lol. I loved tiny tears my favourite doll.

    smear test results

    After DS2 I had abnormal smear test and had to be tested every 6 months. After 3rd abnormal test I was sent to hospital to have them removed as a precaution. It was more embarassing than painful but have had normal results ever since.

    Your meals sound lovely and filling for the week. At the beginning when I felt hungry at the weekends I made sw ferrero rocher and at 1 syn these really did the trick. Maybe you should try something like this so you can nibble on a regular basis throughout the day and still keep to syns.
