    Fruit juice is a good way to use some points. When i first reached goal weight i was struggling to maintain and my points were upped to a point i couldnt find ways to use all the points so my leader suggested fruit juice because then you arent eating something but you're still using points.

    Its funny it took me a long time to get used to skimmed but now i find semi skimmed too creamy as well. It just doesnt seem right in a cup of tea now but it took a long time to get used to drinking skimmed in the first place.

    Thanks, and yep i know its a tough road. Last week was just a hectic week and this week is as well with a fieldtrip in the middle of it, which is never good for the diet because you end up eating whatever you can whenever you can but going to try very hard to choose sensibly!
