    I normally use a tub called Bensons (not sure if this is available in UK), it is a powder and makes a really thick delicious sauce but is high in syns. Would Tesco own brand curry powder be free?

    Not the best water drinker even with squash added. I drank 2 pints at breakfast and another at lunch, will aim for another pint or two before bed. If I fill a pint glass I will make myself finish it.

    I use made the SW quiche (I did use 42g of extra light cheddar for my healthy A) and it was yummy. Husband and sons ate it too with no complaints.

    I hate the Image Therapy part because there is about 50 people in my class and it takes way too long. I switch off after a while because it gets boring and often I am in a rush to get back home and the class goes way over an hour.

    Resisting temptations

    I went to a BBQ on Saturday and resisted nachos and dips, hotdogs, steaks, chocolate cake. I stuck with a lean beef burger and salad and it showed on the scales at group when I was down. Don't give in, as soon as you have swallowed it you regret it!

    2AD and 2CH here and I spent about €120 - €140 (which is about £100 - £117) a week. Groceries prices are much higher here and a couple of times a year I go across the border to Northern Ireland to stock up.
