    Not a great week. Supposed to be on AAM week. Started that 3 days early because i was going away (was planning on doing 3 days ss to make up for it). So this week i started working on placement again (thats 37.5+ hours a week). Unfortunately ss on monday or tuesday did not fair well with me...

    HAHAHA theres the problem. Already phoned this afternoon...no appointments until friday!! Its all the students who have cold or flu and think its the plague! Even the nurse is full. Working 2 long days (7:45am-8:15pm) on thursday and friday. May get the nurses at work to do it.

    week 3 weigh in

    Only lost 2 lb this week, but had just about managed to drink 2 litres a day (plus still a little constipated). So my friends had a bbq yesterday night, and i succumbed (first time in 3 weeks!). I don't feel too bad as i ended up requesting quorn sausages (only had 2), 1 bread roll (very small)...

    Thanks for advice. Its my TOTM so i think hormones are getting to me. I havent cheated cause i dont think its worth it. PLus when i do go to cheat i cant actually do it.     Does anyone else feel like their taking their life day by day? I'm so fed up at the moment that I'm focusing on each day as it comes. I've pretty much stopped going to lectures currently because i don't have the energy and just stay in bed with my head under the covers. My OH is quite concerned...

    I've just been weighed, and I've lost 8lb this week (which explains the drop in dress size) so thats 10lb in 2 weeks. Well on my way to be finished by x mas. I haven't cheated yet either so feeling very satisfied but still cold :gen125:! Yay me.:party0011:

    Is it normal to feel so ill?!!!

    I also have just 3 stone too loose, and most days feel like you. You just have to fight through it. My CDC suggested having a cup of black tea or coffee to ease the hunger - it did help. Try to keep yourself distracted, it will pass i promise.

    i am shattered is this normal

    I am shattered all the time. On the weekend i sleep until 3 and then still have to go to bed early!!! Last week i could barely get up for lectures. Oh and i'm now having to sleep with hot water bottle otherwise i'm too cold, and OH complains he's too warm, until he touches my feet lol.

    Getting a bit bored now....

    I feel the same way sometimes. Yesterday to get over it, my OH took me shopping - i bought £20 worth of LUSH stuff so i can relax in a bath instead of going out. I'm still bored of it, but just keep going because you know what it's worth in the end. I'm only on day 8 btw.
